TeleFactura Rating- Low-cost version of TeleFactura Billing where only voice billing can be performed and offering a limited number of user options (only one invoice template, no QoS, no distributor commission
system, limited reporting, fewer tools,...). This version has fewer bells and whistles than the other ones and therefore is also probably easier to learn and use. Cost is a single low price for a lifetime use.
TeleFactura VPN
- This version was designed to work with Windows VPN sessions (via Windows Remote Desktop/Terminal Services) and makes it possible to run several instances of the programme under remote desktop sessions. The VPN version supports user management and allocation of different user rights and credentials. The benefit of this version is, it is possible to run concurrent
billing sessions thereby saving on the cost of buying additional licences of the Billing version. Cost is a single low price for a lifetime use.
TeleFactura Engine-
The Engine version is also Windows-based and includes all TeleFactura Billing features, but also offers full Radius / AAA server capability thanks to a close integration with TekRadius. TekRadius is also Windows-based. Cost is a single low price for a lifetime use. A licence for TekRadius SP is included.
TeleFactura Admin- The billing functionality is disabled, making it a cheaper alternative if you require some stations to only perform day-to-day administrative and data entry tasks. Cost for the Admin version starts from only a few tens of GBP per licence making it a very affordable way of accessing most of the
data in TeleFactura from client stations on a network.
TeleFactura LCR-
This version only enables the management of prices lists and the creation of Least Cost Routing (LCR) lists. Cost is a single low price for a lifetime use.
TeleFactura Distributor CRM
TeleFactura Hosted- Instead of making the investment of buying TeleFactura and your own billing and Web servers, we make TeleFactura Billing, the Web Access and the CRM available to you along with a latest virtual
dedicated Windows Web Server. Fees are a set-up cost and monthly fee for every set of 100 customers, 500 CLIs and service numbers, 10 price lists, 10 CDR formats or 500MB of data. Access to your Web server is via the Web or Remote Desktop.
TeleFactura SaaS- This ‘Sofware As A Service’ option uses another version of our popular Telecom billing solution. Here, you only pay a set up and a recurring cost levied as a percentage of the CDRs rated by TeleFactura. Think of it as a 'pay-as-you-grow' service. It does not include the CRM but does
include the Web Access. It can be hosted on your server or we can make an optional virtual dedicated Web server (latest Windows OS) available to you for a small additional monthly fee so you can host our applications, your web site and any other Windows or Web applications you require. Access to your Web server is via the Web or Remote Desktop. We offer a quality solution with low service rates thanks to this ability to offer our SaaS programmes for you to host.
Dynasoft Telefactura Web Access Hosted- With this option, the Web Access part of TeleFactura is hosted by us in case you do not have

TeleFactura Outsourced- Worried that Telecom billing and mediation might use up too many of your company’s resources? Let Dynasoft take the complex nature of voice and data billing out and carry out all your billing needs for you. This service will do the following: obtain CDRs from your switch(es), carrier(s),
import all CDRs into TeleFactura, take receipt of your latest customer data from you, process your CDRs according to your tariffs and policies, prepare and publish itemised call statements and invoices for your customers via Telefactura Web Access, e-mail all invoices and call statements to your customers and/or you and finally, send you a file of billing details for import into your accounting system. Fees are a set-up cost and recurring fee for each billing cycle for every set of
100 customers, 500 CLIs and service numbers, 10 price lists, 10 CDR formats or 500MB of data.

Users without accounts can track their tickets and add comments using a password appended to the url link in the email sent to them.
- Each comment allows individual file attachment (this can be turned off).
- Tags
- Unlimited tags can be created with unlimited "nesting".
- Tags can be set to administrator visibility only.
- Ticket assignment and routing.
- Tickets are assigned to a group that can contain one or more users.
- Tickets can be filtered and sorted by status, priority, due date, created date, group assignment, description, and requester.
- Search allows search by ticket or any text field.

Virtual dedicated Web server with the latest 64-bit Windows server OS. Online and Electronic Payment Gateway- Integrated with all our applications, this portal allows your customers and distributors to perform all payments online using a number of online merchant and payment services. It also enables you to log into your online account and receive payment confirmations in real-time from these
services. Systems currently supported are: Paypal, Moneybookers, Sage Pay and Authorize.net.
