- TeleFactura Rating: low-cost version of TeleFactura Billing where only voice billing can be performed and offering a limited number of user options (only one invoice template, limited reporting,...).
- TeleFactura VPN: This version was designed to work with Windows VPN sessions (via Windows Remote
Desktop/Terminal Services) and makes it possible to run several instances of the Windows engine under remote desktop sessions. It is then possible to create different users who can go into TeleFactura and access it through different levels of user rights and privileges. These users can be your employees, but also your resellers who can then manage their customers (clients, CDRs,...) directly. This version
includes all TeleFactura Billing features and represents a big saving for carriers (and their resellers) as they then offer a value-added service to their resellers that does not require any additional copies of TeleFactura. It is possible to segregate the data each user manages so they can work independently from each other.
- TeleFactura Engine: This version includes all TeleFactura Billing features, but also offers full
Radius/AAA server capability thanks to a close integration with TekRadius. A licence for TekRadius SP is included.
- TeleFactura Admin: The billing functionality is disabled, making it a cheaper alternative if you require some stations to only perform day-to-day administrative tasks. The Admin version retails for 20% less than Dynasoft TeleFactura Billing.
- TeleFactura LCR
: This version only enables the management of prices lists and the creation of LCR lists.
- TeleFactura CRM: This Web application works with TeleFactura Billing and is an invaluable tool to expand your business as resellers can create customer and sub-reseller accounts, enter customer sales and follow up on them. View demo of the CRM here.
- TeleFactura Hosted: Instead of making the investment of buying TeleFactura and your own billing and Web servers, we make all TeleFactura applications (including the Web Access and the CRM) available to you along with a Windows Server machine for a monthly fee. There is a set-up cost and monthly usage fee. This option has with no minimum contract periods.
- Dynasoft Telefactura Web Access Hosted
: With this option, the Web Access part of TeleFactura is hosted by us in case you do not have access to a Web server. Your users have access to all the functionality offered by the Web Access and we give you access to an FTP account to upload your data. View demo of the Web Access here.
- TeleFactura Outsourced
: Worried that telecom billing might use up too many of your company’s resources? Let Dynasoft take the complex nature of voice and data billing out and carry out all your billing needs for you. This service will do the following: obtain CDRs from your switch(es), carrier(s), import all CDRs into TeleFactura, take receipt of your latest customer data from you, process your CDRs according to your tariffs and policies, prepare and publish itemised call statements and invoices for your
customers via Telefactura Web Access, e-mail all invoices and call statements to your customers and/or you and finally, send you a file of billing details for import into your accounting system. Fees are a set-up cost and recurring fee for each billing cycle for every set of 50 customers, 350 CLIs or service numbers, 10 price lists, 10 CDR types and 500MB of data.
We also offer full training and support
services to ensure that your programme is always up-to-date and that you can use our solutions quickly and effectively. The training includes three to four hours of comprehensive training with one of our engineers on all aspects of our solution, remote installation and configuration of all the programmes supplied to ensure you are up-and-running fast. The support service is unlimited, includes all
updates for one year and even development of small features. This support is given via e-mail, phone and VPN. Please note that the training/configuration does not include work on IIS or generally on your web server. We offer a full line of bespoke development services and are able to add any functionality to our solutions. We regularly integrate bespoke features into TeleFactura for our clients. Finally we can ship TeleFactura with a dongle key. Normally, Dynasoft TeleFactura requires a permanent connection to the Internet and is activated with an Internet-based licence key. A dongle key can be supplied instead for clients wishing to use the programme without a permanent connection.
