1. Computer and Networking Hardware

Dynasoft can provide and include in your package all the hardware that is best suited to your budget: from new PCs to ex-demo units, servers, and components or any of the newest computer technologies: flat screens TFT, portable, compact PCs, Palmtops, etc... We can include with your programme an automatic recovery system that will install a fresh copy of Windows by simply introducing a floppy disk. This will ensure years of trouble-free use and maximize your time and resources and avoid potentially expensive downtimes.

2. Internet Connection

Any Cyber Café we set up uses a permanent connection to the Internet through ADSL or cable. These connections are cheap at around £10 a month. We can help you include your connection in your package. As it currently stands, Dynasoft Cybercafe SurfShop makes it possible for you to connect up to 250 PCs with no difficulties. If you choose our renting programme, we can include your connection in your monthly rental bill.

3. Maintenance Packages

Let us make sure your system has the maximum uptime. We normally include 2 hours of free monthly maintenance with any Cyber Café package you wish to take up.

4. Financing Solutions

All Dynasoft services can include any one of our financing solutions to enable you to get up-and-running as quickly as possible. Example of financing, as an indication: A network with 10 new PC, AMD 2800 Mhz Athlon, 128 MB, 40GB HDD, VGA 64MB, headphones, with 17-inch TFT monitors (new), new ADSL modem, new NAT switch/router, one 8-port hub, Dynasoft Cybercafe SurfShop software, Windows XP, all labour and configuration, and 2 hours of free monthly maintenance for a whole year.

A. Outright Purchase: Should you wish to buy the items, our sales price would be £9499.

B. Leasing: Say, for a total of: £4,500. Monthly leasing contract with an on-delivery downpayment equivalent to two months fee (first and second of the monthly payments), the next payment will then be due two months after delivery. ** Quaterly leasing contract with an on-delivery downpayment equivalent to two quarterly payments (the first and the last payments due). Payments are due at the start of each period and exclude VAT. An option exists whereby one can buy out the goods at the end of the leasing period by paying the net worth of the goods (Buyout).

5. Support and Free Upgrade Service for Dynasoft Dynasoft Cybercafe SurfShop software

For £69 a year, we provide you with a complete support and free upgrade service. This will enable you to use Dynasoft Cybercafe SurfShop in an hassle-free way, benefit from full 9*5 phone support and all upgrades to our Dynasoft Cybercafe SurfShop product (at least twice a year), plus a newsletter giving you access to all our latest products and services before anyone else! Updates are sent by email. Add another £69 a year and you can have access to our unique data recovery service: Simply send us an email should you loose your database and we will send you a copy of it back. There will be a one-time fee of £69 for those customers who don not have this service but who need nevertheless to do a single recovery of their data.
