| Dynasoft Cybercafe SurfShop Free
To perform a version update or to upgrade from Free to Pro, simply use the SurfShop Installer utility provided and follow these simple steps:
· Perform a back up of your registry data and database using the Routine tasks section in the SurfShop Installer;
· For this, go to the drop-down menu at bottom of the form of the Installer utility and select "I wish to uninstall Cybercafe SurfShop and delete all configuration files.";
· Click the Go button;
· Uninstall the programme using the Windows Uninstall window that comes up next;
· Download the new update and install it;
· Send us the backup if you wish to upgrade to Pro as a small modification in the data has to be done by us. We will send you a modified set of reg and database files;
· Double click the backed-up reg file and click OK twice on the dialogue boxes;
· Paste the backed-up database in, for Surfshop Free: Drive > Windows, for SurfShop Pro: Drive > Program Files > Dynasoft > Cybercafe SurfShop Pro > Assets > System;
· If you have any need to create a new key please do it on this page using your login details and the last key you were using;
Important: Also when doing an update, make sure all PCs throughout your cybercafe have the same version of the programme.
Under
Windows 2000, XP or Vista, when installing the programme and if you get
messages half-way through about files not being able to be copied on
your computer, just press OK, Yes or Continue.
We cannot insist enough on the
importance of reading all documentation provided with your programme,
especially the user
manual. Read it now before you install Dynasoft Cybercafe SurfShop
so as to guarantee a trouble free installation and use. There is also a
trouble-shooting section in it and a forum on this page (left-hand side
menu) for help with any of your queries. Buyers of Dynasoft Cybercafe
SurfShop are given free 30-day support. Past that period, and if you
still wish to have support, you will have to take out our yearly support contract. If you are unsure if
you have all the latest service packs and windows updates, ensure at
least that that you download the Microsoft utilities given above (MS
WMI, Windows Installer, MDAC) for your OS. These are required for a
successful installation of the programme.

30-day demo period of Dynasoft Cybercafe SurfShop Pro:
- Number of pc’s limited to 3;
- Number of customers that can be created limited to 3;
- No printing;
- No programme groups;
- Sessions end after 60 minutes;
- Graphical income data limited to 5 entries per day;
- Number of items in cantine limited to 3;
- No email reports.
