All these services are available world-wide. For instance if you are based in a country with few domestic carriers and high prices, you can get low prices today. Potentially this is a very big saving over your local domestic operators. What we do is ship all the equipment needed by courier with an easy-to-follow diagram to plug the different components and we then finish the configuration through the Internet by remote administration. For callback, please add to the cost of each call, the call from France where our switch is located to your country and the cost of the call out to the caller’s destination country. All phone numbers have to be recognised by our switch and would require testing to make sure they do. Remember you do not pay VAT when buying from us. Callback services This service is available world-wide. Calls costs typically consist of two parts: the call from our switch to the user in the phone booth and the call from our switch to the final destination dialled. Going over to Voice over IP could not have been simpler. Voice over IP requires a permanent ADSL connection to the Internet over an analogue or an ISDN telephone line with a fixed IP address to ensure stability in the bandwidth or a dynamic one for a reduced number of cabins (usually 4). In the latter case, the bandwidth is not usually guaranteed and can cause some loss of information. A cheaper alternative is to use a cable connection to the Internet. These are usually half the price of ADSL and already include a fixed IP address. For countries where ADSL or cable is not available the most common option is access by satellite, such as Intelsat. You do have to allow however 8kbps of upstream bandwidth for each cabin for error-free connection to the Internet. All customers are given access to their call data records via our Web site and to their current account balance. All customers will have access to their financials through our Web Access portal.
