1.1 Basic Offshore Hosting Services

Take space on our servers running off our secure facilities and sell your digital products and services today. We have  three ‘basic’ hosting services that make use of your newly created strategy. You have the possibility to run your site off our certificates or your own and to set-up your own Merchant facilities or carry on using your  current credit card processing. You can decide to add your new Offshore Merchant facilities at any time. We will then set-up your certificates, the new Merchant facilities, and your Offshore company and bank account and migrate  everything seamlessly. Options available are:

1.2 Advanced Offshore Hosting Services

1.2.1 MyShop247 Shopping trolley solution

This solution provides the software and hosting infrastructure required to offer online  resilient and secure e -commerce. This package caters for the hosting of an organisations or individuals web site with basic commerce facilities such as e-mail transactions. Alternatively, it would target clients wishing to host  the web site offshore but who wish to process credit card transactions elsewhere. This solution as with ‘MyShop247 Shop’ below excludes credit card transactions facilities and high-bandwidth digitised downloads. Credit and debit card processing requires the setting up of a bank merchant account and the activation of our automated transaction services, both of which we can offer.

With Myshop247, getting started as an on-line trader has never been simpler. Start with the basic Myshop247 package, add whatever feature modules you need right  now, then introduce new features as your business grows and your customers demand more from your site. The basic shop package offers an easy-to-use  electronic catalogue - all you have to do is enter product descriptions, product images and pricing to create an Online Shop. The catalogue has an electronic  shopping cart which customers use to place their orders and purchase goods. You control all updates and price changes, and your administration site is available to you  24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Giving you just as much control over your business on-line as you do off-line. The number of products you can offer online is limited to 50 products.

The basic shop package includes:

• Dynamic Product Pages fed from a database to your product requirements.
• A dynamic shopping basket containing either the current shopping contents or the last uncompleted shopping session within the last 90 days.
• Domain Name registration for the first two years.
• Access to the database that requires no programming knowledge to manage your products.
• The ability to control your store via the web allowing access from any internet connection.
• Advice on setting up with a payment service provider to accept credit and debit cards on the site - this is subject to status.
• Tight security via login and password using a digital certificate and SSL.
• A completely bespoke web site design.

The basic shop package can be extended to include the following feature modules:

1. Fax Order Module
   This allows a complete and verified order to be faxed directly to you or to a supplier, for those merchants without a computer.
2. Import / Export Order Module
   Allows the merchant to import data from existing electronic systems - e.g. spreadsheets, EPOS database - into their online store.
3. Gratitude E-Mail Module
   This module sends a notification e-mail to the customer to confirm their purchase details including price and delivery.
4. Order Admin Module
   This allows both merchant and user to access an online history of purchases, pending processing, and dispatched.
5. Order Tracking Module
   Allows the tracking of orders sent via DHL, UPS, or the Post Office.
6. Catalogue Module
   This offers a greater number of departments and sub-departments and greater control over user selection for large product databases.
7. Membership Module
   The membership module retains information of customers on the database, so returning customers are only required to log in - to purchase  this option you need to be registered with the Data Protection Association.
8. On-line Booking Module
   This module is required for those merchants selling tickets, flights or hiring out cars.
9. Dynamic Search Module
   This module gives your users the option of both browsing through your catalogue and using a dynamic search facility to find desired products fast.
10. Multi-Currency Module
    Using this module means that your site can offer clients the option of paying for their goods in a chosen currency of their choice. Excellent for  stores that sell goods abroad.
11. Returns Module
    This allows your customers to complete an online form when they choose to return items or cancel an order, and which will alert you of their  decision. The form can clearly state your returns policy so your site will comply with consumer rights laws.

All costs detailed are excluding VAT. As MyShop247 is located in Jersey, Channel Islands, VAT is not charged.

1.3 Transaction Processing

The charging scheme for credit card transactions is required for any business wanting to offer credit card processing. We can set-up your Merchant account, bank accounts and Offshore company rapidly  and add it to your current set-up.

Our Payment Gateway enables merchants to offer their customers the ability to purchase goods and services across the Internet. This gateway provides online credit card authorisation and  processing with the added advantage of transactions being carried out in an offshore environment. Payment Service Provider options available to you:

• Our payment gateway has been designed and built with security and resilience in mind to ensure complete peace of mind for both our clients and their clients, and includes:
• Online transaction processing gateway for most types of credit and debit card payment.
• Multi-currency option depending on Merchant Service Provider
• Remote credit card processing using 128 bit encryption
• Deferred credit card processing if required
• Third party management access
• Easy integration into existing Web sites
• Developers API (Application Programming Interface) for bespoke Web site integration

Cost:

• Visa card charge: 3.75%, 20p on each transaction and 50p for debit cards.
• The settlement is weekly, two weeks in arrears.
• Rolling reserve: 10% over 180 days. The Rolling Reserve is the percentage of the processed funds. that are kept for a period of time before being settled to the Merchant.

Terms and Conditions:

• Customers will sign up to a minimum of one-year contract on the current tariff.
