New Major Update of Dynasoft TeleFactura

We've released a new update of our popular Telecoms billing, reconciliation and rating software, Dynasoft TeleFactura:

The new version of Dynasoft TeleFactura represents over 350 hours of development and testing. The new features that have been worked on and that are included with this new update are as follows (since v5.44 ):

* Support for the billing of inbound (A leg or ingress) and outbound (B leg or egress) calls has been extended. It is now possible to identify the following columns in the same row of a CDR file when importing a new voice CDR format: Number_Calling_Outbound, Extension_Calling_Outbound, Number_Called_Outbound, Number_Calling_Inbound, Extension_Called_Inbound, Number_Called_Inbound. These fields correspond to the telephone extensions involved, the number dialled for outbound calls, the caller id for inbound calls (this is the phone number that called the PBX) and the DDI for inbound calls (this is the phone number that was dialed).
* Flags can be identified when importing a new voice CDR format that determine if a call has been successful or not. CDRs without the right flag will be ignored by the system.
* New cost summary section in the invoices showing: outstanding charges total, current charges total, total due, previous charges and payments from previous billing cycle. This is activated in the configuration screen (Options IV > point 14) or in the customer accounts (Options I).
* New graph in the stats and graph section in the invoices showing: pie chart showing cost of calls by call group.
* New DDI or line summary section in the invoices showing: summary by DDI with totals for costs, minutes and number of calls by call group. This is activated in the configuration screen (Options IV > point 14) or in the customer accounts (Options I).
* Better support for local calls by customers: a length for the call types can now be defined which in turn determines which call rate to use in the rate sheets as rates with identical dialling codes will break out to different call types depending on the length of the number called. PLEASE NOTE: If you were billing customers differently for local calls before, we recommend reviewing this in view of these recent changes. More information about these changes can be found in the online guide in TeleFactura under section 'How to Perform Certain Tasks'.
* New order status 'Order closed' added in the various items screens.
* Data plans can be billed one billing cycle in advance and usage in arrears. This is activated by ticking option 'ar' in point 35 under tab IV in the configuration screen.
* New invoice template added called InvMeanstream.
* Support for disconnecting users when they go over their data plans' allowances (TeleFactura Engine with TekRadius and Radius Manager only)
* Ability to bill voice plans in advance and usage in arrears. This is activated by ticking option 'ak' in point 35 under tab IV in the configuration screen.
* TeleFactura supported text files and databases as source for CDR data. It now supports HTTP GET/POST requests for retrieving CDR data.
* New tick option in customer accounts to prevent sending data to Xero.
* Support for data plan alerts in customer accounts.
* Support for running copies of TeleFactura in virtual machines (VMWare,...).
* Support for Sage Accounts 2014.
* Ability to display statistics and graphs right after the summary part in invoices. Tick option 'aq' in point 35 under tab IV in the configuration screen.
* Various improvements and bug fixes.
