Hi,

I am trying to make your software run but I cannot come over this problem:
The client starts but cannot find the server. I can't find out why.
server is win XP with SP3, client is Win 2k SP4
I have disabled all firewalls on both computers. Both are in the same workgroup and see each other. I could select and confirm the server on the clent after installation and vice versa. The server side software seems to work ok, only cannot start the client (black dot and error message after clicking on the "play" button).
There is actually not much you can do with the blue client login screen but hard reset. (And then in safe mode editing the run key in regedit to remove Dynasoft from startup)

Any ideas?

Hi

Have you read the troubleshooting section (3.1.6) in the manual? There is a lot more help there than we can provide in a single message.
